Our instructors work with you where you are (point A) to help you get where you want to go (point B).

Each class is capped at 12 people so that everyone gets the support they need.


ADULTS

Strength Through Movement

Mondays | 630p - 8p

We use movement patterns and sequences to develop the strength to last. Techniques and ideas are drawn from diverse disciplines, including parkour, capoeria, and dance, and will help you develop your strength, mobility, awareness, and control.

Blending: Calisthenics, strength & conditioning, functional mobility, Parkour, and natural movement methods.

Community Conditioning

Tuesdays | 6:30p - 8p

The original Movement Creative session, where we work together to conquer individual and group challenges, from climbing routes to jungle gym racing. Expect to run, jump, and laugh together.

Blending: parkour, movnat, climbing, calisthenics, gaming, and more.

Parkour Technique Tune-up & Flow

Wednesdays | 6:30p - 8p
Soldiers & Sailors / Riverside Park (map)

This class will teach you all the fundamental parkour movements, including running, jumping, climbing, vaulting, swinging, and rolling, We will use these tools to overcome obstacles and learn to link these movements into longer, smoother sequences and runs.

Primal Movement

Saturdays | 930a-1030a
Central Park - Bethesda Terrace (map!)

Start your weekend off getting wild! We will be using a variety of different natural movements to build strength, mobility, and agility. From crawling and jumping to lifting and throwing.  Expect to get dirty and have fun while getting a killer workout in Central Park.

Blending: Movnat with Parkour, Animal Flow, Climbing, Yoga, and fun!

KIDS & TEENS

Don't forget to check out our awesome parkour summer camps, running July 17 - August 31st.  We mix movement with one of a kind STEM learning projects!  Design and build a playground, create games, learn to draw, make maps, and more!

 

Tribeca Kids

Who ever said you couldn't be strong like superman? In this class we will work hard together to build strength, balance, and agility while mastering parkour and urban movement.  

Tribeca Teen

Build new skills while having fun. In this class students will learn all the skills in parkour while building strength and confidence. Whether new to parkour or experienced, our instructors will get kids challenging themselves.

 

Central Park Kids
