TUESDAY COMMUNITY CONDITIONING SESSIONS
Join us every Tuesday night 6:30 - 8:30pm. During these weekly sessions, we work together to build physical and mental fortitude through setting and facing challenges. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to the advanced. All activities will be modifiable to your level.

These sessions are donation-based, founded on the belief that movement is a social right and should be accessible at all income levels. Donations support our Do-Good Community Projects. Find out what we are doing right now to improve our city.

The ANNUAL NYC NATIONAL GATHERING
Every year our team stands behind the organization of PKNY, the New York City National Parkour Jam. PKNY is one of the longest-running parkour gatherings in the country (since 2004), bringing in practitioners from all over the world. The weekend is a showcase of the city's best training locations, as well as an opportunity to learn and share movement.
