Riverside Youth

Explore and develop your parkour abilities outdoors at a beautiful location. Expect a phenomenal space to run jump crawl climb and vault.

Who ever said you couldn't be strong like superman? In this class we will work hard together to build strength, balance, and agility while mastering parkour and urban movement.

Build new skills while having fun. In this class students will learn all the skills in parkour while building strength and confidence. Whether new to parkour or experienced, our instructors will get kids challenging themselves.

GRFP + Parkour

Upper West Side, ages 7-10, 11-13, & 14-18

We've Partnered with Grassroots Fitness Project! 

 

GRFP Kids is a method for teaching children ages 3-18 the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity. GRFP Kids emphasizes smart and strong movement. Consistent and good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.  A vast body of research also indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function. Consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children's academic achievement.
