PRIMAL MOVEMENT - OUTDOORS
This Class is focused on developing and improving several forms of primate movement. Classes involve a series of conditioning exercises followed by skill exploration. We will spend time on fundamental movements such as running, climbing, crawling, jumping, and rolling.
FUNDAMENTALS - OUTDOORS
If you’re looking to try parkour for the first time, want to make the jump to training outside of a class environment or just need an extra parkour fix on the weekend our Parkour Fundamentals Class is for you.
While this class is geared towards those in the beginning stages of their movement development, we welcome all movers who are looking to develop their fundamental parkour game.
FUNDAMENTALS - INDOORS
Check out our Pop-up Parkour Kit to hone your skills and progress at your own pace. This is a great class for focusing on technique and flow in a controlled environment that can be adjusted as we go.

COMMUNITY CONDITIONING - “NO MATTER WHAT”
Our Community Conditioning sessions also rotate locations so we can share new spots and neighborhoods. By training in new spaces every week we learn how to hone our parkour vision so we find opportunities for movement and collaboration in any space.
