Space Focus: Wall Runs
PLAY AND CONQUER!: Every Tuesday evening (rain or shine), we host an outdoor parkour training session at a different NYC outdoor location. The focus is on building on foundational strength and stamina. It’s also a great way to work on parkour techniques, collaborate with the community, and explore gorgeous places outside. All levels are welcome–whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner. While the session is generally intended for adults, feel free to bring younger folks out.
THE SPOT (changes weekly): This week we'll be at Hamilton Fish Park, near the library.
This is one of our favorite spots for wall runs and buildering.
