Our instructors work with you where you are (point A) to help you get where you want to go (point B).

Each class is capped at 12 people so that everyone gets the support they need.

Community Conditioning 

Tuesdays | 6:30p - 8:30p
Rotating Location

Prepare to warm up, train hard,feel the burn with your community at your side. We conditioning each other to challenge each other and grow in different directions through inspiration, team work, and play.

Primal Movement - Weatherproof!

Umpire Rock Central Park (Map)

Ready to brave the cold? Train in any weather on any surface, Expect to get dirty and have fun while getting a killer workout in Central Park. We will be using a variety of different natural movements to build strength, mobility, and agility. From crawling and jumping to lifting and throwing. 

Blending: Movnat with Parkour, Animal Flow, Climbing, Yoga, and fun!

Our favorite session brought indoors! Prepare to hone in on your strength, mobility, and agility through teamwork and an ever changing enviornment. With our modular and mobile boxes, bars and beams, take your challenges one step at a time, and create something new each week.

Parkour Fundamentals

A class focused on introducing and exploring the basic techniques and methods for safely training parkour. Prepare to build strength, balance and flow while connecting to your body. With our modular and mobile boxes, bars and beams, take your challenges one step at a time, and create something new each week.
