Technique & Flow
Each class takes a deep dive into a specific parkour technique and how it fits into your movement practice. We’ll look at a move, break it down into different attributes and work on integrating it smoothly into your existing movement vocabulary.
This is a class that can work for all skill levels to increase your movement vocabulary and practice.
Conditioning through Movement
This class uses your body weight and your environment to become stronger and more resilient in your movement practice.
It is designed to have you get more out of every other class. Focusing on Strength and Endurance conditioning, this class will allow you to train longer and have higher quality movement. The work in this class will directly increase the benefit you get out of all our other classes.
Tired of sitting at your desk all day? Are your weekly workouts are getting too routine? Mix it up to keep your cardio interesting through parkour and play!
Expect to get dirty and have fun while getting a killer workout. In this class we use a variety of different natural movements to build strength, mobility, and agility. From crawling and jumping to lifting and throwing, we coordinate and connect our body to get all parts moving at once.
All levels are welcome.

If you’re looking to try parkour for the first time, want to make the jump to training outside of a class environment or just need an extra parkour fix on the weekend our Parkour Fundamentals Class is for you.
While this class is geared towards those in the beginning stages of their movement development, we welcome all movers who are looking to develop their fundamental parkour game.
We cover an entire skill arc each class. We teach risk assessment and technique while working to improve balance, coordination, control, and awareness though jumping, crawling, climbing, rolling, and vaulting. Each class will take a different fundamental movement skill through a variety of drills, challenges, activities, and games.
Prepare to warm up, train hard, feel the burn with your community at your side. We condition as a team to challenge each other and grow in different directions through inspiration, team work, and play.
Problem solve and think outside the box, with exercises that keep you thinking on your feet.

Games - All Ages
Our movement games class is all about developing movement and community through a variety of games that challenge different movement capacities.
Each class we’ll explore a different movement theme through community games and play.
Expect to play, and learn more about games than you knew there was to learn. Each class is spent on 4 or 5 different games.
This class is great for parents and kids to take together and for anybody looking to have fun while moving.
