Renae Dambly

Meet Renae! Originally from Colorado, USA, she now calls Leuven, Belgium, home. Renae’s passion for parkour led her overseas to experience diverse perspectives.
With 14 years of coaching experience, international competition, and a BA in Exercise Physiology, she offers workshops brimming with insight into movement development.
We are counting down the days until we get to learn from this powerhouse of an athlete!

Gus Heisey

Get set for an engaging workshop led by Gus! With certifications in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai, and Boxing, coupled with expertise as a strength & conditioning coach holding a CSCS certification, Gus is here to make movement fun and effective. Believing in the power of motion to tackle various challenges, Gus brings a balanced approach to training. Plus, he's a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast! Join us as we dive into movement and strength with Gus at the helm.

Evan Kavanaugh

Evan Kavanaugh is a professional parkour coach and athlete based out of Swift Movement Studio in Cincinnati, Ohio where he has been training hard and working to grow the community over the past 3 years. Before settling in at Swift, Evan had nearly a decade’s worth of experience as a camp counselor with various organizations, which is where he discovered and honed his passion for teaching and athletic development. Outside of parkour, Evan is a professional musician, composer, songwriter and producer and will be returning from a tour with his band Aviation just in time for MOVE NYC! 

Chris Keighley

Chris is the head coach at Parkour Generations London, a senior tutor with ADAPT, and a director of Parkour UK and Parkour Earth. 

He also quite enjoys being musical, eating, and the occasional handstand. 

New York was his first introduction to the US many years ago, and we’re keen to welcome him back to MOVE NYC! 

Louise Kilstrup

Louise is a Danish parkour coach currently teaching in Belgium! With nine years of personal training and six years of teaching experience, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the world of parkour. Lately, she has been honing her skills in upper body movements such as cats, dynos, and cat 180s, while also improving her swings. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from Louise!

Camila Perez

Meet Camila, the dynamic athlete and artist hailing from Brazil and now calling Belgium home. With a passion for movement, she coaches at Hal 5, leads workshops worldwide, and competes at the highest level. Get ready to learn from her incredible journey and expertise!

Seth Ruji

At 31, he’s not just a savvy software engineer but also the unstoppable force behind Swift Movement Studio and the visionary founder of the Midwest Parkour League.

With over a decade of parkour prowess, he’s been igniting passion since 2015 as a coach while also dominating the podium in adrenaline-pumping speed competitions like NAPC and World Chase Tag.

Phil Lombardo

Miriam Corlan

Miriam is from Canada and has been training parkour since 2020. She has spent most of her life practicing and coaching sports, but parkour has given her the most opportunities to grow and develop as an athlete. Parkour has also introduced her to a worldwide community of amazing athletes and people.

Miranda Tibbling

🌍 From global competitions to traveling the world with friends, Miranda's passion knows no bounds! 🏆

🏡 Based in Sweden with her tight-knit family, she's a force to be reckoned with both on and off the course! 💪

Joseph Goldin

Joseph Goldin has been a juggling and flow arts teacher and community organizer for over 10 years. He has taught workshops at the International Juggling Festival as well as performed and taught at a variety of festivals. He organizes a monthly juggling and flow event in Northampton Massachusetts.

Gabriel Harangi

Gabriel has been coaching parkour since 2008. Originally from Czechia, he is now based in Copenhagen. He has been part of Street Movement and has coached at Gerlev. Gabriel has been designing parkour parks since 2011, and built and ran In Motion Academy Brno - a huge parkour gym in his hometown. Currently, Gabriel works as IT Manager at GAME, a street sports and street culture NGO. Gabriel loves climbing, playing guitar and idly philosophizing for his own amusement.

Frank Mejia

Frank is a two-time World Chase Tag competitor, lead coach for PKMove, lead coach for Swift Movement, ambassador at APK, and former program lead at Urban Evo. He's also a member of Berwyn PK and travels across the country to attend jams and events. Frank is known for his agility and weird movement challenges, so we're excited for the energy and creativity he'll bring to the event.

Darryl Stingley

Darryl is from The San Francisco Bay Area and has nearly 20 years of experience in numerous facets of Parkour Training, 12+ years of professional competition performance, 17+ years of All-Age/Beginner-Elite Parkour Coaching, and an extensive movement filmography documenting his many accomplishments within the landscape of the sport... Darryl Stingley has proven himself as a pivotal figure in the development of Parkour, its movement and its surrounding culture.

Darren Boyer

Darran is a practitioner and teacher of Qi Gong for longevity, resiliency and overall health.  Through energy awareness and cultivation, his goal is to guide students towards a full range of expression, deeper well-being and an overall sense of authenticity.

Ben Franke

Roberto, a renowned Parkour Master Coach, FightingMonkey Instructor, and Natural Movement coach, brings over a decade of experience from Barcelona, NYC, and London. Inspired by mentorships with Jozef Fruzek, he empowers students to craft unique practices fostering self-discovery.

Joining him is Anna, a seasoned movement teacher and early childhood educator with a decade of experience in Greece and the UK. From rhythmic gymnastics to parkour, she advocates for personalized, holistic practices for better connection and growth.

Additional funds raised will help us offset the cost of running this spectacular event. In 2022 it cost us nearly $50,000 to run this event.
